Very soft and pliable copper core millinery wire that is wrapped in cotton thread. This wire is easy to bend and makes a nice support for lightweight trims such as flowers and feathers. It is also suitable for more intricate wire work designs between heavier gauge wires in a traditional headpiece or crown.

The wire may be painted to match or wrapped in tulle, ribbon, or silk floss.

The copper wire is 0.5 mm in diameter. The cotton exterior adds a tiny bit of thickness. Spools are measured by weight of 100 grams. Approximate length per spool of the 24 AWG is 28.5 yards (26.5 meters). Price listed is per spool.
